Job Specification We have an exciting opportunity for a determined and passionate individual to join our technical team to assist with the support and maintenance of customers systems. You will have to opportunity to get involved with all different sections of the IT business and will have the opportunity to progress into Software Development / Business Analyst or Team Lead roles in the future. Configuring ATS Application process including registration, application forms including their work flows and correspondence templates for some of the biggest names in business Configuring Events including telephone interviews, screening and the facilitation of assessment centres through each stage of the process. Dealing with User Acceptance Testing queries and bugs by investigating from the client and user sides of the system. Completing admin tasks including approving users on behalf of clients. Responding to candidate and user email queries. Setting up users on local devices (shared printers, etc) Completing microsite updates. Creation of simple C# “plug-ins” for our ATS Creation of new systems (via a defined process) for new customers Smoke testing systems before and after releases. Assisting with Triaging issues and assigning to teams to resolve General User Support Skills required :

 

5 GCSE’s or equivalent Demonstrable interest / passion in IT Systems or Software Development Passion for customer focus, wanting to get it right first time, every time Good Telephone manner Professional outlook Qualifications required:

 

England - You must have 7 GSCE’s (C and above) – Maths and English is a must.

 

Training to be provided:

 

England - Software & Web Development Level 3 Apprenticeships - | City & Guilds Certificate in IT Systems and Principles | C&G Level 3 Diploma in IT Professional Competence. Either: | MTA in Software Development Fundamentals. Or: | OCA Java SE7 Programmer

 

Apprenticeship duration:

 

12-14 months

 

Working week:

 

37.5 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30)
