This company is a multi-disciplinary environmental and management consultancy with three offices around the country. They provide a tailored and bespoke service for clients, with a broad array of services ranging from risk management to contaminated land surveys.
This is a graduate job based in Bury. Salary: £15-18,000.
Key responsibilities of the role:

The role, reporting to the Director of Contaminated Land, will encompass a broad array of tasks, including:

•Phase 1 desk studies.
•Phase 2 site investigation.
•Planning works, arranging and managing plant, machinery and labour.
•Technical report writing.
•Client liaison.

Key candidate requirements:

•You should have a qualification in the following disciplines; BSc Geology, Geoscience or Geochemistry, ideally with MSc Environmental Engineering, Contaminated Land or Engineering Geology.
•Work well within a team and other colleagues / sub-contractors.
•Willingness to occasionally work away from home.
•Good communicator in written and verbal skills.
•Good computer skills in all Microsoft applications.
•Problem solver and lateral thinker.
•Maintain client relationships.
•Full driving licence is essential.
