Family / Childcare Solicitor - Oxfordshire - We have an opportunity with a leading firm Oxfordshire who are looking for a Lawyer with experience in Family and Childcare law.
This substantial high street law firm is proud of the reputation of its Family department and is looking to add a position for an Family solicitor to help develop this area of specialism within the firm for Childcare.
The Family department is a small and friendly Partner lead team with an existing caseload of wide ranging, private Family, Childcare, Matrimonial and Ancillary matters, dealing with mid to high net worth clients. Your would be encouraged to take a leading role on Childcare matters within the team. Children Panel membership or working towards such would be an advantage here but is not essential.
There is some flexibility here, and we would like to hear from candidates with a range of PQE levels from 2 years upwards, who are ready for a new challenge within a good firm. If you are looking for future career development and progression prospects, then there is a real opportunity here for the right person. Mediation and good Client facing skills and the ability to create a relationship of trust and empathy with your Clients will be highly valued with this position.
