This rapidly growing company with an exciting brand is looking for an experienced brand executive to join them in a new role.

•Develop and execute annual Brand Activity Calendar to deliver annual strategic and financial objectives for business. Conduct monthly review of performance to activity plan and performance of promotional activity to agreed KPI targets.
•Work with Senior Brand Manager to develop and deliver 3yr Brand Plan to deliver long-term strategic and financial objectives. Bi-annual review of performance to plan to ensure on target and make changes where appropriate.
•Create and deliver all brand specific briefs to required standard (e.g. POS, NPD, Research, Property, Planograms) to the relevant departments, track status and ensure delivery on time and budget.
•Measure and drive quantitative brand performance in key areas (sales, profit, ATV, transactions, sales mix, site performance) benchmarking against Business targets and recognised industry targets. Create monthly action plans agreed with Senior Brand Manager to rectify any issues.
•Measure and drive qualitative brand performance in key areas using customer satisfaction tools, market analysis, operational audits. Address key issues and opportunities through brand activity calendar planning or long-term brand strategy plans.
•Be key point of contact for and support operations team with requests/queries to enable maximisation of sales and profit opportunities by meeting brand standards and customer expectations.
•In conjunction with relevant departments, develop and maintain brand support material - brand standards, build guidelines, operations manuals, point of sale catalogues, equipment lists, product lists, price bands, GP Schedules.
•Regularly monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer insight analysis on a monthly basis, highlighting any opportunities to the Senior Brand Manager and feeding these in to short/long term activity planning.
•Liaise with Category Management team to influence and drive implementation of range review, pricing and promotional decisions in line with brand objectives.
•Develop and maintain brand support material for the website, including marketing and new store opening
•Work with Trading team and Property department to ensure the brand look & feel is fully represented in the brand design packages (eg: construction manuals) and is reflected in all store upgrade projects.
•Liaise with suppliers on delivery of product, NPD and promotion activity as agreed with Senior Brand Manager and Category Manager
•Liaise with the Trading and supply chain to ensure availability of products and packaging and maintenance of stock levels at site and central distribution to agreed targets
•Ensure management of brand spend within budget guidelines and look for cost savings without compromising on quality.
•Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with third parties and agencies to maximise joint opportunities and ensure delivery right first time.
