This customer focused public sector organisation provides a range of professional advice and support services to clinical commissioning groups and other customers. Their vision is to provide high quality support to commissioners to improve health and wellbeing.

This position is an initial paid 4-6-month placement with a view to a full-time graduate job. Salary: £22,914 pro rata.

How you can expect to spend your day:

As part of the performance analysis team the successful candidate will be analysing internal business processes and identifying new systems, tools and approaches in order to optimise these processes. This is a vital part of large organisations approach to continued growth.

Tasks you should expect to learn about and undertake will include:

•Running reports for business as directed by the management team.
•Train internal departments and external business partners to run reports.
•Learn key support tasks and support internal teams to use in-house analysis system.
•Manage the ever changing staff profiles in terms of new starters, leavers and internal movers, this includes collating staff data, creating and uploading new staff profiles.
•As the internship progresses there will be ample opportunity to branch out to other areas of work within the team.

•Good coordination skills and ability to prioritise where needed.
•Highly motivated and able to work independently.
•A proactive character able to keep on top of issues and requests.
•Customer service skills are critical as we need to engage business and support to ensure they utilise system.
•Very good excel skills are essential, pivot tables are a minimum requirement and ideally vlookups and formulae.
•Ideally someone comfortable with IT systems and the ability to learn new systems.
•Willingness to learn and train others.
