This is a full-time job opportunity. Salary: £20-23k depending on experience. OTE £26k.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and personable individual with exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge, and interest in new technologies and experiential marketing to host the showroom on a daily basis, interact with their corporate clients and partners, and fulfil daily organisational tasks. The position requires someone who has a passion for knowledge and basic understanding of the latest technology innovations and trends, as they will be the face of the lounge, both publically and internally.

Day-to-day activities will include:

* Scheduling lounge visits into a Salesforce/Outlook-based system, owning the calendar and communicating with colleagues, technology partners, and their clients about scheduling and post-meeting developments.
* Hosting guided technology tours in the lounge, tailoring these tours to the specific needs of every client, and assisting colleagues during their hosted tours. This requires learning all information on the featured hardware and software, and being able to answer any questions clients may have.
* Responsible for opening the lounge in the morning, making sure all technology is running smoothly previous to meetings, and shutting down at the end of every day. Liaise with the Project Engineer as well as respective technology partners about any problems.
* Following up on all meetings and interactions, maintaining positive relationships
* Coordinate and execute marketing strategies including printed, digital and social media strategies, with the Marketing Manager.
* Liaising with current technology partners, supporters and lounge sponsors, maintaining relationships, staying abreast of their new and coming products, helping with product launches and partner meetings and events.
* Staying current and informed on upcoming technology innovations and trends. Contacting potential technology partners about participation and sponsorship of the lounge, lining up new partners to come in, and organising the smooth transitions.
* Social media output and interaction.
* Harvesting accumulated data and analytics to issue weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on contacts, jobs and partnerships resulting from lounge visits.
* Issuing innovation and trend reports on upcoming and future technology to the directors every six months.
* Participating in the organising and execution of monthly seminars and events. Helping with the line-up of speakers, participants, marketing and follow-up.

Key candidate requirements for the role:

The ideal candidate should have experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, Survey Monkey and Mail Chimp. You should also be comfortable organising and executing social media campaigns. Basic knowledge and interest in current technology trends, insights and experiential marketing would be very beneficial in this role. You should also be a self-motivated team player and a great communicator with strong time management skills.
