Tearing up the world of graduate employment and internships!

Inspiring Interns are looking for a switched on, digitally-savvy intern to join their growing marketing team. We'll help you learn the basics of what we do in the marketing team over the first couple of months and then ease you into a content project. You can expect to learn about social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, events organising, blogging and much more.

How you can expect to spend your day:

Here's a sample morning:

9:30: Get to the office. Grab some breakfast in the kitchen and settle at your desk with a coffee. Get to grips with Google Analytics to check website hits and monitor visitor trends and check over Facebook Insights from the previous day. Glance over Twitter and tweet the latest internship opportunity available.

10:00: Read through and help touch up a couple of tasty-looking internship forms. Spread them all over the internet to attract plenty of top quality applicants.

10:30: Research and write a blog on the best Vine accounts with a career twist.

12:00: Dive deeper into website analytics and the data surrounding it. Try and make sense of the numbers and solve problems.

Skills you can expect to gain:

As you may well have guessed, the internship will focus on developing your knowledge of the digital world, of marketing to Gen Y, of using social media, of developing an online community and help you understand what it takes for a feisty upstart of a company to play with the big boys. There will also be the opportunity to gain experience in the creation of email marketing campaigns and to get involved with B2B events organising.

The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:

* We're looking for an awesome graduate with a degree in English (or anything similar!).
* You are a social media fanatic - we want to see Twitter handles!
* You are organised, you enjoy writing and you've written a blog or two.
* You take initiative and you're not afraid to ask questions.
* We're looking for a recent graduate with an interest in branding/brand development and an awareness of the graduate market.

What is the last person who was in this role doing now?

Hannah is a fully fledged Digital Marketing Executive and valued member of the team!

The perks of interning with us:

You can expect a fully stocked fridge, regular company socials, a table tennis table in the board room, a magical entrance, plenty of laughs in the office and the chance to be part of a fast-growing company not afraid to ignore conventional wisdom. And now that we've just opened an office in Manchester in addition to London HQ, this is a brilliant time to join Inspiring.
