Your day will be based with a number of children in various year groups and will require patience, flexibility and a calm nature.

The children in your care will have had previous negative experiences within education and you will be required to support the school in inspiring these learners back in to education.

We are proud to support a diverse number of alternative provisions across key local authorities. These centres range in size, catchment area and ethos. Within these centres our teachers and support staff help to provide crucial and necessary guidance to students who are disaffected and disengaged with the educational system. The roles are to support students, pastorally and academically, some of whom display challenging behaviour.

We understand that every student and every centre is different and as a result we carefully match our staff with the right centre and the right student.

The role will require…
We are looking for TAs, LSAs and Support Workers for day to day and long term assignments who can:
- Be available five days a week, however, we can accommodate flexibility within this
- Will develop professional relationships with students and staff
- Have effective behaviour management and be calm under pressure
