GCSE Intervention English teacher required for 5 weeks between Easter and May half term to ensure success for Year 10 and Year 11 students.
This improving Salford school offers innovative lessons in learning zones and three 100 minute lessons in a school day. As part of the Core Zone the English department is well run with additonal support from subject specific teaching assistant. Located in a new building with easy access from the M60 and M61 motorways this developing school could offer a permanent or fixed contract positions for suitably qualified and committed teachers.

Experience of teaching in Learning zones or 100 minute lessons would be advantageous
All applicants must have completed a PGCE Secondary qualification or Bachelor of Education providing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Applications from FE qualified instructors or teachers with QTLS, unqualified teachers or overseas qualified teachers not familiar with the GCSE curriculum will not be considered.
Salary range: £475-£700 per week (pre 12 week agency worker regulations, dependent on references and experience)
