Duties of the brand manager will include:
•Lead brand management for all brands from establishing the opportunity, to research, product development and launch.
•Be the custodian for all branded artwork. Working with the Trade Marketing Manager and NPD Manager.
•Be the guardian of all branded material. Ensure Brand Guidelines are kept fully up to date and adhered to at all times, by all parts of the business.
•Research, create and execute all retail marketing plans both above and below the line, following the overall marketing strategy.
•Manage all website content for one of the brands ensuring it is regularly kept up to date. Maintain the consumer database and create content for monthly e-newsletter with the Communications Manager to drive online traffic and sales.
•Regularly undertake store visits (with and without members of the sales team) and report back to the business with recommendations, observations and category reviews.
•Work closely with the NPD Manager to recognise opportunities to grow the brands and develop a compelling argument to the business.
•Produce analytical reports on key trends for building customer acquisition and retention.
•Conduct monthly competitor analysis audits and communicate relevant activities.
•Organise and manage product photography of new lines for retail support, ensuring all new products are loaded onto Brandbank.
•Produce monthly analysis of branded sales within each channel.
•Work with the sales directors to forecast branded sales growth across each channel, reviewing on a quarterly basis.
•Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, retail colleagues and key grocery accounts, to negotiate and initiate marketing opportunities where available.
•Produce and update weekly analysis on retail sales data, provided by retail analyst, and report back to the Trade Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.
•Assist and advise the sales team with customer presentations and attend/present where required.
•Plan, implement and review consumer facing, brand social media, working alongside the Communications Manager.
•Manage the brands Forum with the Communications Manager, utilising the forum for feedback on new products and artwork at concept stage.
•Work alongside Brand Ambassador to create and manage all branded information.
