Based in West London.

A Global Financial Services Company is looking for a C#.NET Developer with experience in speaking with non-technical staff. This role is based in London and you will be working with Tier 1 Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Asset Management firms.

Your key requirements will be to design and develop bespoke valuation models to trade financial products in a front office environment. You will be building portfolio, pricing applications and risk management software solutions for Fixed Income, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rates derivatives and Commodities trading using cutting edge technologies including C#.NET and some C++.

The role is highly client facing and you will be facing off with traders, heads of desk's, Quants and other development teams. You will be working on API's for this tool and also customize applications to client's requirements. Designing and developing GUI's for end users.

Key Requirements: Financial Engineer (C#, XML, Financial Trading)

  • Extensive C#.NET programming experience (essential)
  • Extensive knowledge of XML (desirable)
  • Relational Database experience SQL, Oracle, Sybase (essential)
  • BSc or/and MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills (essential)
