This highly successful organisation is looking for an experienced CRM & marketing executive to join them in a new role using Salesforce.

•Support the marketing managers in the implementation of marketing activity to meet income targets as directed by the marketing plans. Activity to include email marketing, writing marketing copy, placing adverts, supporting marketing automation activity, amending web copy, etc. ensuring alignment with branding and key messages.
•Manage and update the marketing and events calendar ensuring it is kept up to date and periodically circulated to different teams.
•Map, plan and monitor customer journeys and recommend improvements and efficiencies to our customer touch points based on analytics, feedback and resources.
•Purchase and manipulate data lists for import into Salesforce and for use across the organization. Create targeted contact data lists for marketing and sales campaigns to meet campaign landing dates set in the marketing calendar.
•Monitoring and improving data quality through data cycle processes e.g. managing the processes for email bounce backs; converting data licence list contacts into contacts.
•Segment our audiences via our CRM (Salesforce) and create email/mailing lists for effective targeting and campaign support e.g. regional targeting.
•Report on campaign activity and effectiveness e.g. reporting on reach, spend, ROI, etc.
•Support the management of campaigns in Salesforce i.e. setting up campaign names, circulating email click-through report to the sales team, etc.
•Research, plan and negotiate contra deals for 2014 to increase the organisations reach and profile amongst key audiences.
•Research potential event sponsors and administer sponsorship agreements.
•Perform any other duties commensurate with these responsibilities/this role.
•Ensure effective liaison with our UK and international sales teams along with other key departments within the organisation including membership and events.
•Ensure a productive relationship with all internal and external suppliers e.g. printers and designers.
•Provide administrative support for the day-to-day marketing activity of the team e.g. raising purchase orders, tracking expenditure, etc.
