My client, a leading profitable and rapidly expanding nationwide Property Security & FM services company seeks an energetic Business Development Manager to help manage existing business in London and the South East.

Experience selling into the Social Housing Sector is essential.

The Business Development Manager will ideally have a background in security, property sales, FM sales and letting or recruitment - the prime role is to look after and grow existing accounts (Housing Associations etc) in London and SE looking after all their needs.

Excellent training provided. Property or FM Managers should not apply unless they have significant relevant sales experience selling to the Social Housing Sector.

The key skills and attributes for the position as Business Development Manager are as follows:

•Solid sales experience (Minimum of 2 years) in Account Management,Sales and Business Development selling experience to Social Housing or Construction or Security sectors are absolutely essential. Candidates without sales experience in Social Housing need not apply.
•Experience in protecting property and CCTV in Social Housing and Housing Associations will be a distinct advantage.
•Clear articulate communicator - written and verbal, ideally educated to degree level but not essential.
•Energetic, well presented as Business Development Manager

Full UK driving licence required

Location: Must live within the South East of England
