Private Clients Corporate Clients Motor Fleet Businesses Small to Medium Enterprises Job Specification To make outbound calls and make appointments for the New Business Executives. Follow up requests for further information by potential clients and answer basic questions regarding the policies and services Martinez & Partners offer. Help with general admin of the sales team, including inputting data into databases and spreadsheets, complying data for management reports. Manage NBE dairies on a daily basis.

Generate appointments for New Business Executives Answer basic questions regarding the policy and services M&P offer. Confirm appointments with clients Advise clients to navigate through the online quoting website Maintain a happy and confident manner on the telephone at all times. Manage NBE diaries so minimum travel is required between appointments Complete data input tasks accurately Produce Sales Packs for New Business Executive to take on appointments

Qualifications required:

England - You must have at least 5 G.C.S.E Grades (C and above) or equivalent, Maths and English is a must.

Training to be provided:

England - Professional Sales Level 3 Apprenticeship - | City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Sales | City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Sales

Apprenticeship duration:

12-14 months

Working week:

37.5 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30)
