This company is a company that specialize in technology. There are 5 main points of the business that we focus on- IT, MPS, web design, telecoms and IT peripherals. We support over 40 different business with their IT infrastructure along the south coast and up to London.
Job Specification Advanced Level 3 IT Apprenticeship
The role of the Apprentice IT Technician will include the following duties:
Answering the Helpdesk phone Visiting customers for faults logged with Valusys Pre-installation checks on IT equipment Fixing in house IT issues Logging calls Ensuring customer stock levels are adequate and dispatch new stock when required Assisting engineers where required Getting involved in projects where needed
We are looking for a motivated apprentice who has a passion for IT. Ideally you would have studied an IT based qualification or have previous IT knowledge.
England - You must have at least 5 G.C.S.E Grades (C and above) or equivalent, Maths and English is a must.
Training to be provided:
England - Systems & Networking Level 3 Apprenticeship - | 3 modules in Microsoft Technical Associate | City and Guilds certificate in IT Systems and Principles | City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in IT Professional Competence
37 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:00)
