This market-leading FMCG company is seeking an experience Brand Manager to join them in a new role.

Duties will include:

• Taking ownership and developing and delivering the brand strategy and plans, monitoring performance & spend against sales & profit targets.
• Understanding current and future market trends, generating insights to drive NPD pipeline.
• Managing the new product development process from concept through to launch and rollout.
• Advertising campaign development, media planning and execution; manage online content.
• Trade marketing planning and execution.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Strategic as well as analytical thinker with a high degree of commercial awareness and having great attention to detail.
• Project management experience, including proven success with new product launches.
• P&L and budget management experience, including significant budgets.
• Copy-writing (packaging, advertising, creative and online content.
• Working knowledge of the UK retail market, ideally experienced in food industry/FMCG.
• Preferably holds a Marketing degree or CIM qualification.
