Finance Manager (Temp) – Marketing and Communications Agency
A growing Marketing and Communications business are looking for a Finance Manager to support the Finance Director, whilst managing the day to day operations, accounting and reporting activities for the business.
You will deliver high quality management information, as well as making sure that external reporting and compliance requirements are met with.
You will be responsible for providing support to the account management teams, as well as the head office cost centres on financial matters. The role will manage one accounts assistant. Take ownership for preparation of the monthly management accounts pack, cash flow forecasting, managing payroll, client billing, preparation of income forecasting packs, financial analysis and assisting the FD in budgeting and forecasting.
In the long term you would champion financial processes and systems, educating new starters, managing billing cycles and being involved in the overall operation for the business (HR, IT and Training).
You are a Newly Qualified or Part-Qualified accountant nearing qualification with solid management accounting, Analysis and Reporting skills, gained preferably in a creative agency with the above skills. You will have an understanding of billing and have the ability to manage another person confidently.
