A highly successful organisation within the financial services industry sector are looking for a professional Training Coordinator to join them on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Please note - this role will begin on Monday June 2nd and will be based out of the offices near Moorgate, although there will be the requirement to travel to the Canary Wharf offices.
As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with the organisation and management of a range of learning and development programmes including training events, in house seminars and classroom based training. To be suitable for this role you will have the following experience:
*Preparing and collating event and training material
*Allocation of rooms for training/booking meeting rooms
*MS Office - Word, Excel, Office
*Strong communication skills - able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
*Excellent organisation skills
To be suitable for this position you will have previously worked as a Learning and Development Assistant, Learning and Development Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Training Administrator or within another similar position. You will possess impeccable time management skills with the ability work to tight deadlines. Exposure to a professional services environment would be beneficial.
The salary on offer for this 6 month fixed term contract is £28,000-£32,000 basic.
