This company are recruiting for Software Developer apprentices at our Northampton office based at Milton Malsor, a village on the outskirts of Northampton.
This branch of the company develop different types of applications for the legal industry which include Web, Windows and mobile development predominantly on the Microsoft Platform using the Microsoft Development tools.
This is a 12 month placement that will provide an opportunity for you to work with a leading IT company whilst working in an exciting and dynamic environment. You will also be supported whilst gaining Microsoft certifications and it may provide the first step onto a promising career ladder within Thomson Reuters, an international company.
The Apprenticeship forms part of the Microsoft Partner Apprenticeships and will train the individual in Microsoft Development tools and technology to provide software solutions for the legal industry worldwide. You will be involved in the technical aspects of either supporting or developing the company’s products.
You will need to be a quick learner, flexible, keen and able to work independently when required and above all have a passion for IT. You will receive on the job mentoring through the support of the development teams. You will work towards a Microsoft qualifications.
England - You must have 7 GSCE’s (C and above) – Maths and English is a must.
Training to be provided:
England - Software & Web Development Level 3 Apprenticeships - | City & Guilds Certificate in IT Systems and Principles | C&G Level 3 Diploma in IT Professional Competence. Either: | MTA in Software Development Fundamentals. Or: | OCA Java SE7 Programmer
37.5 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30)
