EMEA Portfolio Manager, Generics - Berkshire - Up to £70K

We are working with a rapidly growing and innovative Generics company now based in Berkshire. As part of their ongoing development and functional development they are now looking for a EMEA Portfolio Manager.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

You will be responsible for managing the EMEA generics portfolio review, P&L and business case development to help deliver sustainable and profitable growth

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for analyzing EMEA-wide portfolio, identifying gaps and gap filling strategies
  • Collaborate and build effective relationships across a matrix of Global, Regional and Country stakeholders to ensure that profitable portfolio growth strategies and objectives are achieved
  • Create, track and regularly report on progress with portfolio filling activities and launch expectations
  • Create the formal commercial launch strategy per molecule
  • Work closely with and handover the launch strategy to the NPL execution team at the appropriate phase
  • Work closely with Regional and Country marketing managers to collate and keep updated competitor portfolios, identifying strategies to exploit gaps
  • Establish, manage and leverage relationship with IMS and other key agencies (e.g. DataMonitor) to support EMEA generics business insights
  • Downstream marketing responsibility for a range of on-market products

  • Candidates must have previous experience of Portfolio Management and ideally also exposure to in-licensing or Business Development activities

    The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of Project Management within complex matrix projects.

    You will ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, with further education gained at a Master's or PhD level.
