The role will involve:

- Advanced use of excel for data analysis; sorting, collating and creating analytical modelling

- Reward and Benefits related work inclusive of; benchmarking, pay, bonus and benefits review.

- Advanced communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders alike

The ideal candidate will have:

- Degree qualified to a minimum of 2.1 within a numerical or business background

- Data analysis and advanced excel skills (essential)

- Broad based HR or reward experience (desired)
