HR Executive (Employee relations, payroll, training, events) - Newbury, Berkshire - up to £24,000

A highly successful business services organisation that operate multiple sites across the South of England are looking for an HR Executive to join their growing team in a key role.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to lead disciplinary and grievance proceedings, contribute to the decision making process and take responsibility for providing whole lifecycle support for employees.

The HR Executive will also be involved with recruitment and selection, project management, payroll, and social events, and on occasion act as Deputy for the HR Manager.

Any experience within the professional services, hospitality, property development, hotel or furnishings sector will certainly support your application.

To be considered for this requirement, experience in the below is essential - please ensure this is clearly outlined in your CV before applying:

* Leading / supporting disciplinary and grievance meetings and processes (ER)
* Understanding of UK Employment Legislation
* Report writing
* Supporting Managerial functions
* Administration
* MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel

On occasion you will need to travel to other sites, so you must hold a clean drivers licence and have your own transport.

It is likely that you will hold a degree in a relevant discipline i.e. Marketing, Media, Communications or Business - or a CIM qualification.
