Randstad Education is currently looking to recruit Learning Mentors to work with young people who find it difficult to engage in mainstream education and who are at risk of permanent exclusion. As a Learning Mentor, you will provide educational support to learners as well as advice and guidance in other areas in preparation for them returning to a more suitable educational provision.
The ideal candidate will already have experience of working within a similar environment and be able to provide educational support across a wide curriculum. You will also be experienced in supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD).
