The role will involve:

  • Reward strategy support for clients in areas like design and regulation
  • Managing key client relationships across a variety of sectors in the UK and globally
  • Delivering of creative solutions in regards to reward
  • Working alongside the consultancy team with job evaluation, market analysis, benchmarking
  • Business development of new clients

The person:

Our client is seeking to attract a range of candidates from different industries, roles and backgrounds. Ideally you will have:

  • Strong reward/executive compensation experience
  • Or a strong interest in both of the above
  • Solid educational background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical skill-Excel, data analysis, benchmarking

They are also seeking candidates from a financial services background with strong governance, regulation and compliance skills in regards to compensation.
