Roles will include;

-preparing reports and advising Remuneration Committees

-salary benchmarking, job evaluation and market analysis

-building new client relationships

-implementation of incentive plans

-consulting on all issues of compensation including tax, compliance etc

The ideal candidate will have:

- a strong reward/compensation background

-strong analytical ability

-consultancy experience(preferable)

-exposure to executive pay
