Location - London, City


The primary purpose of this role is to meet and preferably exceed the sales targets agreed within the Business Development Plan for the verticals you have responsibility for. This will be achieved through building and managing your sales pipeline effectively together with other activities appropriate to your target market which is retail. Your secondary purpose is to ensure your team is highly motivated, delivers their share of your performance targets and are held to account for doing so

This is a management role, but you will have a small personal target to hit as well as delivering the team target


Develop on your already detailed knowledge of the private sector market

Achieve new business targets - both hands-on and team

Lead and attend sales presentations

Prospect new business with customers in the retail space developing pipeline

Lead by example and promote progression of sales staff within the company

Report to the sales and marketing director along with stakeholders in the business

Support the recruitment and retention of sales staff within the business

Over-achieve sales targets


You must have a demonstrable track record in the private sector

Managed services and solutions

Cloud technologies - IAAS/PAAS/SAAS

Infrastructure - VDI, Desktop, Storage, Data Centre

Vendor knowledge including IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware considered advantageous

Have experience or an understanding of how to manage a small team


Up to £90K Basic salary

OTE of £180K Uncapped
