HR Administrator / HR Assistant - New Malden, Surrey £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a leading multi-site energy specialist to assist them in their search for a HR Administrator. Supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Director within a workforce of 350, the successful HR Administrator will provide a proactive, efficient and effective HR service for all line managers and employees. The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for;
- Recruitment
- Payroll administration
- HR system & file maintenance
- Information reporting management
- Issuing contracts and other correspondence

The hiring manager is looking for a candidate great time management skills and who recognises the need to be customer focused. In addition you must have strong IT skills including Word, Excel and data entry.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification.

The client is offering a salary of £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and benefits include healthcare and salary increase upon completion of the 6 month probationary period.
