1st Line Support Analyst - Asset Management

1st Support Analyst is required to join one of UK's largest Asset Managers based in the City of London.

Maximum 12 months experience

Key Responsibility:

  • BAU 1st line support role
  • Basic experience in:

o Active Directory

o Exchange 2010

o Microsoft Office 2007/2010

  • Proactively maintain competence
  • Responsible for day-to-day management networks
  • Call ownership whilst following define escalation paths through to resolution
  • Supporting other technicians when required

Package: up £25,000 + Benefits
Location: Based in the city of London

Maximum 12 months experience

Overall this will be an extremely varied role, with responsibilities ranging from support, troubleshooting, maintaining the environment and rollouts
