I am looking for an Administrator to join a global Insurance organisation based in Farnborough, Hampshire. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.
Ensuring that office equipment is operated and serviced appropriately, reporting faults and resolving relevant issues
Dealing with all issues related to premises (e.g. office moves)
Monitoring stationery supplies and ordering stationery items as required
Distributing incoming correspondence as required; logging and scanning incoming correspondence in accordance with appropriate procedures
Maintaining files as required, arranging storage and retrieval of files, ensuring files are kept up to date with relevant documentation
Producing reports and presentations for clients
Organising meetings and events, including complex multi- party meetings and adjusting arrangements in response to changing circumstances
Providing general administration support to colleagues and teams (e.g. correspondence, presentations and reports, meetings and appointments, telephones)
Contract role based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
10-12 per hour.
