eCommerce Lead Architect - £80k - £100k (Plus attractive BONUS) - London (Permanent)
My client was one of the 1st global retail organisations to identify the transition of how customers consume products and engage with brands. They are now very much at the forefront of the market and continue to create innovative ways for their clients to trade across multiple channels. We now have a generation that has grown up knowing nothing but the internet. They are always connected across multiple devises, and my clients' ethos is very clear; a successful retail business now very much depends on the customer experience across multiple channels allowing products and services to be assessable there and then.
My client has advanced expertise in advising a vast range of commercially known UK retailers on strategic online marketing, day-to-day operations, and the technologies necessary to become an effective eCommerce retailer.
