2x 1/2nd Line Support Engineers - Reading - 6 Month Contract

An exciting opportunity for a 2rd Line Support Engineer with experience in Solaris, HPUX, AIX, RedHat, SuSe, Windows Server, Unix, Linux, Firewall configurations

Providing 1/2nd Line Technical phone support to my Client's Customer base. Problem solving, tracking and support of detailed problems, resolving issues and escalating to relevant personnel when needed.

My Client is proving themselves in a fast market time and time again. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations are kept to a high standard ensuring all problems are dealt with fast and efficiently

Key Skills:

  • Unix-based Operating Systems
  • Windows Operating System proficiency
  • Multi-lingual skills
  • Strong customer relations
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Multi-task capable with strong time management

Technical experience with as many of the following would be beneficial:

  • Solaris
  • HPUX
  • AIX
  • RedHat
  • SuSe
  • Windows Server
