A rare opportunity to join an exciting start up that have developed a range of SaaS based software that can bring a companies CRM data to life through the use of their technology to update millions of records of data within seconds using the power of social media and Big Data in order to improve the speed of workflow dramatically.
You will be a highly successful business development manager that can demonstrate a solid track record of achievement in selling Big Data solutions. You will also need to have a good solid understanding of data and will of come across technologies such as Hadoop or MongoDB as well.
As a business development manager your main duties will be around developing new business selling a brand new technology in to a range of market places such as financial services, publishing, software companies, recruitment, retailers etc. This technology gives clients the chance to bring to live their dormant data that deepens and strengthens their prospect list.
A generous £50,000-£70,000 depending on experience, pension, health etc and also an uncapped ote of between £110,000-£130,000 in the first year which will be significantly higher in years 2 and 3 due to the company continuing to pay you on renewals and growing your existing portfolio of accounts for as long as they remain a client. This rapidly expanding organisation only promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder as they are looking for this person to build and develop a sales team once on board.
