Change Manager - Risk Management
Real Staffing is currently working with our client to assist them in the recruitment of an additional Risk and Change professional for their team based in the City.
A leading bank, they are looking to recruit into their team that forms the interface between their Change Management function and the Risk function. This team is tasked with taking on-board the Regulatory (Operational and Conduct) and Legal change needs highlighted by the Risk function, building the business case and then managing the relationship with the change function through to successful delivery of the project.
It is expected that you will have significant experience in a change function, and a good understanding of Business Risk to enable you to perform this key interface function.
