The purpose of this role is to provide 1st line support to all applications which are based on a MS SQL server platform. Full training will be given on the database used.
The focus of this role is to troubleshoot users IT problems and escalate any problems as and when necessary, it is primarily a `hands on` role and a technical mindset is a must.
Previous SQL server experience is required and you should have a genuine passion for IT and a dedication to providing the highest possible level of customer service.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, and be confident in their approach.
