We are a Global Specialist Recruitment Company placing mid to senior level candidates into roles within the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Finance, IT and Public Sector industries.
THE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE
Using your sales, persuasion and networking skills you'll contact potential clients across the South East then find the best candidates to meet their needs. You will manage the whole interview process, relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates. Then you'll negotiate to close the best deal for all parties. Recruitment Consultants in our London offices place professionals in the IT, Oil & Gas and Engineering markets among others - often in very senior positions. So we're looking for confident and natural communicators.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience in a business to business sales environment
Educated to degree level - Although not essential
Pro active approach to business development
Ability/willingness to go the extra mile
Proven sales track record
