We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a small IT team, working for a successful UK wide organisation based near Ipswich, Suffolk. This role is to provide application support including billing/CRM systems, customer facing web sites, web portals, and interfaces.
The day to day responsibilities of this role will be to support a user community of c. 200 users, providing operational support, issue resolution, development of ad-hoc & bespoke reports, maintenance of SSIS packages, configuration management, and input into the change control process.
To be considered for this role you will require experience working with Crystal Reports, MS SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS, knowledge of IT working practices such as ITIL, good communication, team working skills, and a working knowledge of C#, PHP and HTML. Experience of SharePoint sites with workflows and InfoPath forms will be highly desired.
