Client Services Executive - Enfield, North London

This is an excellent opportunity for an upbeat and enthusiastic Client Services Executive / Client Account Manager to join the account management team of a well-established brand in Enfield. This role would ideally suit someone who has an interest in music, film and the entertainment sector, who enjoys liaising with clients and acting as a key point of contact.

The Client Services Executive / Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent relationship management with key clients in the entertainment sector:
- Phone and email contact with key clients
- Updating clients regarding the status of orders
- Keeping abreast of developments in the music/film industry
- Managing product campaigns - stock, pricing, returns, etc.
- Maintaining clear and open communication regarding any issues with products, orders and credit control, etc.
- Take full ownership of client communications and ensure quick and effective responses

To be suitable you must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), previous client or customer facing experience, strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have a keen interest in media/entertainment.

This permanent Client Services Executive role will be based in Enfield, with on-site parking available.
