We are seeking teachers for a local education provision for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties in the Balsall Heath area. The ideal candidate will encourage the growth of self esteem and promote social skills. The pupils have significant emotional blocks to learning and are in need of support to enable them to overcome their emotional barriers. We are seeking a classroom teacher who is able to work in a nurturing way and who is willing to think creatively in relation to preparing lessons and creating learning opportunities in the classroom. You would be joining an exciting educational service that is committed to high expectations of pupils in terms of learning and behaviour. We would welcome applications from experienced teachers and NQT's.

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Have a strong understanding of English, preferrably a specialist
- Have experience in working with secondary school children
- Plan appropriate and engaging lessons for learners
- Have Qualified Teacher Status or be an experienced instructor
