The role will involve:
- Working across a variety of client projects focussing on; compensation structures, regulation and compliance, bespoke reward and benchmarking surveys and M&A advisory.
- Client relationship management, always supplying high level customer care with the view toward developing business relationships.
- Being an active team member, ensuring technical excellence and maximum delivery of projects.
A successful candidate will have:
- Successful reward experience within a financial services background.
- Knowledge surrounding changing regulation in the reward practice.
- Consulting or client facing experience is not an essential but would be preferential.
