The role will involve:

  • Working across a variety of client projects focussing on; compensation structures, regulation and compliance, bespoke reward and benchmarking surveys and M&A advisory.
  • Client relationship management, always supplying high level customer care with the view toward developing business relationships.
  • Being an active team member, ensuring technical excellence and maximum delivery of projects.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Successful reward experience within a financial services background.
  • Knowledge surrounding changing regulation in the reward practice.
  • Consulting or client facing experience is not an essential but would be preferential.
