Roles will include;

- preparing reports and advising Remuneration Committees

- salary benchmarking, job evaluation and market analysis

- building new client relationships

- implementation of incentive plans

- consulting on all issues of compensation including tax, compliance etc

The ideal candidate will have:

- a strong reward/compensation background

- strong analytical ability

- consultancy experience(preferable)

- exposure to executive pay
