This role will involve:
- The Ability to gather, interpret and analyse data, using this information to develop recommendations to support strategy going forward
- Development of custom reward strategies and innovative processes to improve competitiveness and efficiency
- Business development with particular reference to marketing further strategy going forward
- Project management, delegation and development of more junior members of staff
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent knowledge of reward with particular reference to benchmarking, industry standards and trade reports, regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Delivering client expectations working across both internal and external projects
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong numerical and financial background
- Natural organisation and communication skills with advanced MS Excel knowledge.
