I am looking for an experienced HR Test Analyst to join a top bank based in Bristol. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.
The role will involve all aspects of test analysis including understand technical & business requirements, and how solutions address them. Plan, prioritise and scope testing phase based on the acceptable level of risk. Design and document the test cases required and ensure that they offer sufficient coverage and rigour. Ensure both technical & business requirements are covered and ensure that an end to end test of the solution is required. Carry out the release process into system test. Carry out test case execution, and understand the impacts of the results. Maintain a list of exceptions and their current status by maintaining a defect log.
Requirements for the role:
Experience test analyst
Experience in the HR Domain, so that may mean testing the delivery of an HR related solution (HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Employee/Manager Self Service).
Financial services experience
Contract role- 250-280
