Successful implementation of Oracle R12 and associated business processes

allocate resources to deliver the implementation programme for the specific functional group

Report on progress versus plan at all stages of the project

To assess and ensure that all business change implications are documented and communicated effectively

Ensure the successful integration of all into the businesses, including specific gaps as required by any of the Vertical businesses (e.g. Cost Allocations, Resource Scheduling)

Have a detailed documented understanding of all relevant business processes planned to be provided by Oracle or interfacing systems

Work with the Data Migration Manager to ensure the successfUL migration of all relevant data to R12

Desired Skills and Experience

Good business knowledge of current working practices preferably within a HR environment

Experience in & good knowledge of back office systems & processes, particularly Oracle 11i

Experience in implementing new systems - preferably as a team member for a large ERP based package
