This leading company although based in the Financial sector have a very different attitude to the way in which they work integrating IT into business and focus on hiring individuals that want to challenge, push technical boundaries and innovate new ideas for systems and there is little red tape to pass along the way.

The firm is currently looking for a bright and determinate Developer in Test to join their Client Services software team to help implement new testing methodologies as well as being involved with the full development lifecycle on top of completing other tasks such as reporting bugs and conduct research on new technologies which could make a difference in terms of software quality.

The right Developer in Test will have the following skillset:

· A Bachelor's Degree from a Top UK Univesity (preferably a 1st)-Essential

· Proficient in object-orientated programming languages (C#, Java, VB.NET)-Essential

· 3 years+ commercial experience building and maintaining automated and manual test environments-Essential

· Selenium experience-Essential

· A passion for finance-Essential
