Major highly profitable company world wide company seeks a Digital Communications Manager.

This requires someone with communications experience to plan to raise awareness and highlight these benefits to colleagues and specific target audiences internally and externally.

This role develops content and produces team and colleague communications including news, operational information and customer benefits arising from the workings of the sales and marketing and product team. The role ensures colleagues and stakeholders are informed about our business change and become advocates of our offerings and customer propositions.


The skills and experiences required for the Digital Communications Manager are:

• Developing and maintaining delivery of a Communications plan and dedicated channel content outputs - the aims of this plan being to:
- Maximise colleague awareness (Digital division and Group) of new business changes post go live
- Increase awareness and support from colleagues within Digital around our customer propositions
- Manage channel communications for specific audiences
- Encourage colleagues to adopt and champion the services to customers
- Improve the quality and quantity of content

• Strong copywriting skills to interpret and translate key information in the right way to internal and external“customers” via digital and traditional routes.
• Good design and communications experience is essential.
• Understanding the key target audiences impacted by the Digital Transformation programme, and adapting the main plan to effectively target and reach these audiences
• Experience and real understanding of the following would be essential :Adobe Creator, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Joomla, Flash, PowerPoint, HTML
Location: Within one hour’s commute of Ruislip, Middlesex
