I am looking for an Executive PA to join a top financial services firm based in London. The role will be to provide a high level of professional support to the Chief Information Officer and his direct reports (where applicable) assisting with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Compiling and maintaining MIS for the teams (for example on number of employees receiving awards, ratio of onshore/offshore staff)
Collation of information packs and other stats for meetings
Setting up video conference/webex/conference calls
Chasing up action points and outstanding issues with other employees on behalf of the CIO
Liaise with any external suppliers/clients as required
Maintenance of spreadsheets for project information
Copy Typing/minute taking as required
Any other duties as required
Skills and Experience required:
Administrative, secretarial, document production and PA experience and an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Word, Power Point and Excel is required. A good grasp of excel and experience of producing reports and MIS is highly desirable.
The successful candidate should be highly organised, efficient and capable of working to instructions without supervision. In addition to these attributes they must:
Possess great attention for detail with an ability to work to tight deadlines
Operates effectively as part of a team, can build and maintain working relationships with others and is seen as 'approachable' and helpful
Possess excellent communication skills
Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects.
Demonstrates sound judgment and good decision making when dealing with problems.
Good client / Introducer / supplier handling skills both by telephone and face to face.
Contract role based in London
250-300 per day
