This highly successful , profitable and innovative B2B service company is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to manage the team of 15 sales people and small telesales team.

This company is poised for significant growth with a number of new products and services to SMEs throughout the UK

Skills and experience required for this position as National Sales Manager are:

• Managing, developing, training and motivating a team of salespeople and telesales team - selling products or services to SMEs.
• Sales experience managing large field sales teams selling to SMEs is absolutely essential.
• Confident and assertive personality as National Sales Manager
• Managing a team with KPIs and monitoring results and performance
• Demonstrably successful sales track record selling to SMEs
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Working with customers on products.
• Project managing product development with clients.
• Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures and reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director.
• Building relationships with key customer accounts.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting back to senior managers.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Full UK driving licence
• Location: Within one hour’s commuting distance of Coventry.
