You will play an integral role in making this happen by consolidating and developing management reports and standardised analytics reporting.
Key responsibilities will include
Create, design and deliver standard Shopper Insight reports
Deliver shopper analytics
Recommend targeted marketing activities based on the insights
Work with marketing departments to help utilise the board strategy
Working with other Group CRM team members and the affiliates, design CRM programmes aimed at building retention and spend
Create and analyse customer intelligence and relay findings to Senior Management
Run analytical tools such as data mining and prediction modelling
Develop ad hoc reports where needed or where business gaps have been identified
Key Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have a proven background in the following areas:
Strong analytical skills, Database or Data Mining skills
Previous experience in marketing, marketing science or possibly brand management - a previously CRM role identifying customer analytics would be ideal
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VB macro scripting)
Experience with Oracle and SQL
Degree educated (not essential but preferred)
Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
A proven record of dealing with senior stakeholders within a project environment
Ability to work proactively and run with project work when allocated
