The post holder will require the skills and ability to:

- Work with Faculty officers to ensure course and unit information is accurate for assessment purposes

- Checking the weights and dates of assessment are correct and as reflected on the Record System (SITS)

- Confirming the accuracy of examination arrangements: durations; type of delivery prior to the creation of timetables

- Support the delivery of clash free timetables for University examinations

- Plan the calendar of activity for examinations throughout the academic year

- Use the University's scheduling software, Windows Assessment Scheduling (WASP) through SITS

- Have a sound understanding of the relationships between data and their corresponding processes in SITS pertaining to the delivery of examinations

- Analyse examination information and data and report findings to the Assessment Manager

- Support the Assessment Manager in the delivery of examination sessions throughout the academic year including physical arrangements; creation of invigilation arrangements; and supervision of the examination support offices
