The Senior Digital and UI Analyst will support the Head of Digital in delivering the digital strategy. This will include the design, build, management and optimisation of our clients websites to improve conversion, customer sales and encourage customer self-service. This role will be pivotal in driving business opportunities and maximising revenue flow.
Measure customer sentiment and other satisfaction metrics across the business, seeking to improve conversion and site efficiency.
Assist with site investigations, testing, and customer surveys & studies, providing insight and evidence to make recommendations; support improvements; and to resolve website issues.
Design, generate and manage reporting that provides insight into the performance of the websites and marketing initiatives with recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with the MI / Finance and Underwriting teams to understand revenue and profitability of digital channels.
Support the analytic needs of the company and partners by analyzing web traffic usage using clickstream tools such as Omniture, WebTrends or Google Analytics
Exposure to / participation in UI design process and Information Architecture within a commercial B2C environment.
Demonstrable UI and Information Architecture design skills
Significant experience of project delivery (Agile and Waterfall methodologies) both as a stakeholder and business owner.
Good understanding of E-Commerce and its uses in today’s market.
Understanding of web best practices and web conversion/funnel metrics
Demonstrable customer-centric thinking with regards to e commerce website development.
Solid experience using any web analytics solutions (such as Omniture, Webtrends, Google, etc)
Superb Excel knowledge and experience creating reporting and dashboards
